Getting there 100%

The past few days have been super intense. Basically trying to rearrange the whole plan I’ve had for July. Means no Yachtweek, but a few other exciting travels coming up pretty soon! Might head to Hannover this weekend for a shorty, drive back home, repack and head to the mountains for two days of work before I leave to London for a couple of days. After that it’s time to nail down the upcoming 5 weeks before Munich Mash is coming up super soon!

On the workout front during the last couple weeks a lot of things changed. I live absolutely and 100% different. I work more effective than ever which allows me to play just as hard on the sport side of life! Today I feel like I really crushed it, first time ever that I ran more than 10km with almost a straight pace of 5. For me honestly a whole new world if I compare it to a couple weeks back. Also all the other workouts getting better, smoother and more effective. I just feel so alive, eat different but still always want more. After today I feel happy, but the only goal I have right now is to run 21km asap without a break and basically keep my positive additude I have lately all the time. Just great!

Now after a weird working day and a hardcore sports day time to jump into the sports clothes again and go for some soccer playing where I might just die right away as my legs are already kinda tired! After that its anyway time to chill!

Oh wow, another year is in the books. And it's been the best one so far at 100%. Its been a crazy rollercoaster with a million ups and downs but I've learned so much within that time about life, what it means for me to live and how to be happy. :) Just love in every way, I have the best family and friends in world you could imagine and I finally learned to "accept" which is amazing. Work doesn't even feel like work - so what should I complain about? I really found my way and I couldn't be any happier at this point of life. Had a super long nap and could barely get my body up in the morning. My NYE has been amazing which results in a slight hangover, but since I always got water in between and went to bed around 3ish I do feel really good. So I'm thinking about a workout in a bit to sweat out all the rest alcohol and be on top of the game tomorrow morning as my schedule filled up even more yesterday! So stoked to kick all these things off now! :)

At the beginning of the year I decided to document all the big travels I did throughout the year as I wanted to know how much I'm on the road. In 2014 it has been in total something about 30000kms - and I already thought thats a lot. When I counted all the numbers today I realized why I had such a downer in the middle of the year, considering all the work and travels throughout the past 3 years. In 2015 I traveled more than 135000km just in airplanes and cars - getting from one hotel to another. If you realize how much of a big deal it is to travel with that much gear you will also understand why it's so exhausting after going full speed for more than 2 years.

My New Years Resolutions are quite simple this year. Sports every day as this is what makes me feel the most alive. Time to keep working on myself, time to get better at what I do and have the best time of my life wherever I am!

Over A Year Of Blogging

Sorry for the delay on this one, I've been just way too busy to get my brain into writing any texts. The past few days were quite crazy. My days consisted of shooting, copying material, meetings, planning, emails and preparing for the next day. All this, every day. Every here and there I met up with a bunch of friends to hang out and chill in my mind for a bit. But yea, things are coming together quite smoothly so I'm super super stoked! Only downside, massive lack of sleep, I'm far behind on my schedule and sport was almost impossible to get done since Friday morning. As I just jumped back into the office from another shooting day the next thing on my plan is definitely to do some sports asap! Will have to work another hour or so at the office now to clean up the basics, go to gym for two hours to blast out the stress and head back into the office to nail down things. Basically planned Monday to be a "day off", but this won't work out at all haha.. stupid me!

Facebook gave me a pretty nice reminder this morning, that exactly one year ago I've been in Morocco, where I started to work more outside the ski industry. So nice to see the pictures and videos from a year ago - so many things changed since that already again! This was also the trip where I properly started blogging - well at least I started to try on a every day routine, but this is sometimes quite hard to fulfill tbh. Trying my best though, it's amazing to scroll back and see what you've been doing in the past - just like a Instagram timeline haha. This blog became quite a important roll in my life as it really makes me think less and it's awesome to get comments, mails, etc. from readers hearing their thoughts! So please stay with me, I have amazing plans for the upcoming months and I'm so so stoked that I'm already working on all those things every day to get closer to what I want! :) Out for now, time to organize and do a ton of sports! /Seppi
